Privacy Policy
Last updated 3 August 2026
This policy explains what personal data SiteifyIt collects through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. We keep it short because there is genuinely not much to say — we run no advertising trackers and no analytics profiling.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is SiteifyIt. For any question about this policy or your personal data, write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, the project type you select, and the goals you describe. Our hosting provider also records standard server logs, including your IP address, which are used to keep the site available and secure.
Why we collect it and our lawful basis
We use your details for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to scope a project. The lawful basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Server logs rely on Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. We never sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who else sees it
Right now your brief reaches us through your own email program: the form pre-fills a message and nothing leaves your device until you send it yourself, after which it travels via your email provider to our mailbox at Zoho Mail in the EU region. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, delivers the pages. If we later connect a form delivery service, it will act as a processor under contract and we will name it here. Nobody outside that chain receives your information, and any transfer outside the EEA is covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. If we work together, project correspondence is retained for as long as Greek tax and commercial law requires. Server logs are rotated within 30 days.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. It stores a single value in your browser’s local storage, siteifyit-lang, which remembers whether you chose English or Greek. It is strictly necessary for that preference to persist, holds no identifier, and never leaves your device. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Third-party requests
Fonts, stylesheets, and scripts are all served from our own domain. There are no third-party CDNs, no trackers, no embedded widgets, and no advertising pixels, so loading this page discloses nothing about you to Google or any ad network. Your IP address is necessarily visible to Cloudflare, which serves the site and filters malicious traffic.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive it in a portable format. Email [email protected] and we will action it free of charge.
Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your data, please tell us first so we can fix it. You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα), Kifissias 1-3, 115 23 Athens, dpa.gr.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
